1. Scope of Services
These terms govern all rubbish removal, furniture clearance, shed dismantling, and commercial waste collection services conducted by Flash Waste Removal Ltd (Company No: 16136050, Environment Agency Licence No: CBDU563052). By scheduling an appointment or booking our services, you legally agree to abide by these terms.
2. Fixed Price Quotation & Adjustments
All pricing estimates issued via phone, email, or WhatsApp photos/videos are subject to on-site physical inspection. Standard baseline tariffs: Small Loads (£99, up to 250 KG), Medium Loads (£200, up to 600 KG), and Full Loads (£320, up to 1000 KG). If the actual weight, volume, or difficulty of access significantly exceeds the parameters submitted in your request, a adjusted quote will be presented on-site before we begin loading.
3. Prohibited & Hazardous Materials
Under strict UK Environmental Protection directives, we are legally barred from loading or carrying hazardous waste items. It is the customer's absolute responsibility to ensure the waste does not contain:
- Asbestos sheets or pipe wrap.
- Industrial chemical canisters, toxic solvents, or paints.
- Pressurized gas cylinders or explosive cartridges.
- Clinical, medical, or biological waste.
If any prohibited materials are discovered inside the waste load during collection, we reserve the right to halt loading immediately and return the prohibited portion to the site.
4. Site Access & Clear Path
The client must ensure a clear, safe, and unobstructed path for our 2-man team to navigate from the waste location to our vehicle. Parking permits, red route clearances, or access authorizations must be arranged by the client where necessary.
5. Payments & Invoicing
Full payment is due immediately upon job completion unless an active commercial B2B credit account has been pre-approved. We accept cash, direct bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Legally compliant digital Waste Transfer Notes will be issued immediately upon payment validation.
6. Liabilities & Insurance
Flash Waste Removal Ltd maintains full Public Liability Insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural defects or damage occurring due to narrow path restrictions that were not disclosed in the request notes.
